In dire need of Church Wardens

Our church committee (CC) currently only has 5 members and is thus under- staffed. The current members are:
Gisela Prüter, Danie Steytler, Hannelore Sachse, Ulf Demasius and Detlev Ah- lert. Gisela, Detlev and Hannelore have come to the end of their respective two-year terms. Hannelore will not stand for re-election. We thank her for many years of dedicated hard work in our congregation and wish her God’s blessings for the other duties she still does in our congregation.

This hence only leaves us with four CC members which is way too small for the size of our congregation – in terms of work load and adequate representa- tion.
Please ask yourself whether you feel called to serve for a period of two years on the CC or whether you can recommend a congregant for this task (after prior consultation with him/her). At our AGM on the 5th of April the new CC will be elected.
